About us

Observation
before invention.

Your business already has a story. Your services, photographs, and customer feedback help shape a website that feels like you.

I’m Ted Davis. My work spans website design, software administration, process documentation, and reporting. That means your project can address the page customers see and the work your team handles behind it.

Ways to work together

Start with
the right scope.

Your project can cover design, mobile layouts, content assistance, inquiry or booking connections, and launch. Your proposal spells out what is included. Hosting, paid tools, and ongoing care are quoted apart from the build.

  1. 01 A focused landing page Give a service, campaign, or audience its own page with a clear inquiry or booking path. It can sit alongside your current website.
  2. 02 A small-business website Bring your services, story, and contact details together in a site shaped around your business and the people you serve.
  3. 03 An existing-site improvement Start with the page, content, or contact journey that needs attention. Keep the systems that work, subject to platform access and fit.

Selected work

A growing collection of websites shaped around the businesses behind them.

Know what
comes next.

You can start with a conversation. No need to book a call just to ask about scope or cost.

  1. 01
    Discuss the direction

Share your goals or talk through the concept you received. A sample is a starting point, not a finished site.

  2. 02
    Agree on the scope

Review a written proposal with deliverables, price, payment stages, revisions, and a schedule before work begins.

  3. 03
    Build and review

Provide your content and feedback. Review the working page, mobile layout, and agreed contact or booking connections.

  4. 04
    Approve and launch

Approve the finished work, complete the agreed payment, and receive the handoff. Choose ongoing support if you need it.

Beyond the website

Less friction.
Behind
the scenes.

Your website is part of a bigger system. Add help with the work that happens after an inquiry arrives.

Digital operations
Process documentation, lead follow-up workflows, software setup, automation, and useful reports.
Website care
Content updates, maintenance, and ongoing improvements, with the scope and support terms agreed up front.

Need campaign or social-media support? Ask about fit and scope. Management, tools, and ad spend are separate from website work.

Before you commit

Clear scope.
No guesswork.

You should know what you are buying, what it costs to keep running, and what happens at handoff.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

Your quote depends on the pages, content, connections, and support you need. The proposal sets the price, payment stages, revision allowance, and schedule. Extra work needs your approval.

Do I need to replace my existing site?

No. A landing page or a focused update may be enough. Platform access and technical limits need a check before confirming the work.

What about ownership and ongoing costs?

Your proposal explains ownership and handoff of the agreed work after final payment, plus any limits on third-party assets or software. Domain, hosting, paid tools, and optional care costs are listed before you commit. Access arrangements are agreed before setup.

What do you need from me?

Your goals, approved logo and photos, service details, and feedback. Content help can be part of the scope. You approve the wording and confirm that supplied materials are yours to use. Share account access through an invitation, not passwords by email.
